If I am indeed classified as a Professional Investor, I understand that I am waiving the need to provide my background information to Ichor International Investments Ltd. Such information includes, but is not limited to:

Ichor’s need to establish my financial situation, investment experience and investment objectives;
Ichor’s need to ensure the suitability of a recommendation or solicitation;
My need to enter into a written agreement, and their provision of a Risk Disclosure Statement; and
Ichor’s need to inform me about their registered persons, employee status, transaction confirmations, and their need to provide regular statements of account.

I understand that I would have the right to withdraw from being treated as a Professional Investor, whether in respect of all products or markets, or any part thereof.
