He is now in the process of transferring the ownership of
all the above investments and policies (including the life
insurance policy) under the umbrella of his new Trust. In
the event of his death, ALL these holdings will be distributed
to his beneficiaries (which includes his children, grandchildren,
and a charitable foundation) in accordance with the Letter
of Wishes he drew up on the establishment of his Trust.

Stanley Quilter Discretionary Managed Portfolio Service.
He pays them a fee of 1% per annum for the management of
all these assets.
